Practice Manager

LaVonna has been in the veterinary field since 2016, starting as a veterinary assistant before becoming a Practice Manager in 2020. Her passion for animal care began later in life after adopting her first dog at 22, an experience that inspired her to dedicate her career to helping pets thrive and supporting the people who love them. She joined our hospital team in August 2025, bringing with her years of experience, compassion, and a strong commitment to client care.

At home, LaVonna enjoys life with her two 14-year-old chihuahua mixes, Popcorn and Diego, whose opposite personalities keep her laughing every day. In her free time, she loves walking by the pier in Chula Vista, listening to the ocean and birds, watching football in the fall, and spending time with family and friends. She takes pride in treating every client’s pet as if they were her own.
